Data Deletion Instructions

At WolfPack Media Chat we give you full control over your data.
How to request deletion
You have two ways to request deletion of your account and personal data.
Option 1: In-app deletion
- Log in to your WolfPack Media Chat account.
- Open Settings from the sidebar.
- Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the Account section.
- Type your email address to confirm, then click “Delete my account”.
Option 2: Request by email
Email wolfpackmediapr@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the email address on your account so we can verify your identity.
What we delete
Your account and profile, business profile and agent configuration, all conversations and messages, all stored leads, your knowledge base content, and all Facebook and Instagram access tokens. Any active subscription is also cancelled as part of deletion.
What we keep
Billing and tax records, which we are required by law to retain for 7 years.
What happens next
We delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request and send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Removing access to connected social accounts
Removing the app from Facebook or Instagram stops further data collection but does not delete data already stored. Submit a deletion request above for full deletion.
