1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information.

• Send unsolicited or non-compliant messages through connected accounts.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
• Misuse third-party APIs, including those of Meta (Facebook, Instagram).

5. Integration with Meta Platforms

The Service connects to Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger through Meta's official APIs to send and receive messages, manage Page metadata, and automate replies on your behalf. Your use of these features is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Community Standards. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the data of individuals who message your connected accounts, and you may revoke the Service's access at any time through your Facebook or Instagram settings.

6. Customer Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your customer data and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related software, design, and content are owned by WolfPack Media and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolfPack Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically and will post the revised version with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
